1. Technical Services
Our technical integration slots (e.g., 30-minute development sessions) are service-based products. Due to the nature of dedicated development time, these services are non-refundable once the session has commenced or the work has been completed.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the slot may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the technical work performed, we offer a re-evaluation of the task. Please contact us within 48 hours of completion to discuss adjustments.
